Archie McArthur
Executive Director
New Vista’s Executive Director, Archie McArthur oversees the organization’s strategic vision, operations, and growth while leading its mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Since joining New Vista in 2005 and becoming Executive Director in 2014, he has expanded programs, strengthened community partnerships, and helped establish New Vista as one of Nevada’s leading providers of residential and supportive services. A U.S. Army veteran and dedicated community leader, Archie is passionate about building inclusive communities where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Chris Silva
Director of Operations
Chris Silva serves as Director of Operations for New Vista, overseeing operations, facilities, information technology, state billing, and administrative systems that support the organization’s mission.
With nearly 20 years of experience in developmental services, human resources, finance, and operations, he is dedicated to building efficient systems that help New Vista deliver exceptional services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Mary Modica
Director of Finance

Roseann DiVirgilio
Director of People & Culture
Roseann DiVirgilio leads the organization’s People & Culture department as the Director of People & Culture. An SPHR- and PHR-certified human resources professional with over 20 years of experience in human resources and management.
She provides strategic leadership in employee relations, compliance, talent development, organizational culture, and Team Member engagement while overseeing all People & Culture functions.

Jeanie Haddox
Director of Business Development
Jeanie Haddox leads the organization’s fundraising events, corporate sponsorships, community partnerships, and donor engagement initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience, she has built a career connecting businesses, philanthropists, and community leaders to meaningful causes.
Jeanie oversees many of New Vista’s fundraising events, including Wine Walks, Fairway to Heaven, and other community experiences that raise critical funding and awareness for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Trina Powell
Program Manager/QIDP
Trina Powell brings more than 25 years of experience in healthcare and human services, specializing in long-term care, hospice, home health, and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Since beginning her career in 1998, Trina has built extensive expertise in healthcare administration, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and staff development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and is certified in long-term care and as a Meds Trainer.

Allison Trosky
Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager
Allison Trosky ensures the organization maintains the highest standards of quality, compliance, and person-centered care across its residential programs. With more than 25 years of experience in quality assurance, program monitoring, and contract compliance, she is dedicated to protecting the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals New Vista serves.
Since joining New Vista in 2013, Allison has overseen quality assurance reviews, compliance initiatives, staff development, and service planning for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
